What types of accounts does Cáo Cacao provide for PES 2021?

• PC Platform:
  • Shared account: This is an account including (user/password) to log directly into Steam. You only need to download and install Steam, log in, and then download PES 2021 from the Library. Note that you are not allowed to change any account settings such as password/language/currency… If violated, the account will be revoked, and the warranty voided. Shared accounts may log out of Steam or the game if someone else is using the same account simultaneously, so please be aware of this. Each order is activated for one device only. Shared accounts can be inconvenient during peak hours when many users access the account simultaneously, leading to difficulty logging in or getting disconnected mid-game.
  • Personal account: This is an account including (user/password), but you can change the email and phone number to make it your own. You have full rights to change the account’s security settings. There are two game versions in the account: LITE and FULL. With the LITE version, you need to install a bypass in the included guide to turn it into the FULL version.

Warranty Policy: Warranty lasts for 6 months from the purchase date (replacement or refund is allowed only once during the warranty period).

• Replace the product with an equivalent one or refund based on the unused time remaining.
